49th Annual Meeting of
Genetics Society of Australia
This is GSA's 50th anniversary. The first meeting was held in Sydney in 1952. The Genetics Society of Australia, Inc has annual scientific meetings to showcase Australian genetics research. The meetings circulate around the major research centres and universities. The Society particularly encourages students in the field to attend and present their work. Presentations in all areas of genetics are welcome. The topics that are prevalent varies from year to year depending on the organisers

NB: There conference opening will be at the unusual time of 11 am on the 9th and the mixer will not be until the first evening. This will allow participants to arrive on the Tuesday morning. No college rooms are available for Monday 8th.
